Offshore UK islands

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. Personalised and Print-on-Demand Products
You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, artwork and content provided is correct before submitting your order.
We cannot cancel or refund personalised products once production has begun, except where the item is faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse personalised content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive.

9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you cancel your order:
You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us
You are responsible for return postage costs
Goods must be unused and in original packaging
We recommend tracked delivery.

10.2 Refunds

The price paid for goods
Standard delivery costs (but not upgraded delivery)
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We may reduce refunds to reflect diminished value caused by excessive handling.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
